Depart very early to El Valle de Anton, a community located in the crater of an extinct volcano at 2,00 feet over sea level with a very comfortable temperature. You ride the horse upon arrival over a paved road until you reach the trail that will take you through the tropical rain-forest. You ride for about one hour and a half and then get back in the car to drive to downtown where you are going to taste a local Panamanian meal at Restaurante Doña Nela, it is like a mixture of a cafeteria/Fonda. A Fonda is a typical very tiny restaurant that serves mostly folks throughout the country. But as you go in the restaurant, check out the "Sleeping Indian" mountain on one of the hills that surrounds the valley. After lunch, you go for a little hike in order to reach the El Macho Waterfall, unless you decide to go for the Zip-line, not included in this tour, but have to pay separately. It is about US$65.00 for the Zip-line total of four lines. If time allows, you can then visit the Public Market before heading back to Panama City.
