See it all in just one day

We start this tour going to the Miraflores Visitors Center early in the morning to see the ships transiting through the locks as soon as the center opens. After watching ships for approximately half an hour, then you go to the museum until around 8:55 a.m. to give you time to go watch the IMAX video about the Canal narrated by Morgan Freeman. From here we go to see the ruins of Old Panama as well as its small museum, the first city in the Pacific of America. From here we go to eat lunch to savor typical Panamanian dishes. Then we drive to the Causeway or Calzada de Amador which offers a spectacular view of the skyscrapers of the City of Panama and the Pacific entrance of the Panama Canal and the Bridge of the Americas. We end the tour walking through the narrow streets of the Colonial Town or Casco Antiguo, declared World Heritage by UNESCO.

The Biodiversity Museum or Biomuseum, designed by famous architect Frank Gehry is an alternative instead of going to Old Panama except on Mondays since it is closed also.

Note: Panama Viejo or Old Panama is closed on Mondays
